Fill out this form and click on the Submit button at the bottom of this page.  We will make the announcement for you and post it on the Special Announcements page at the Church site, as well as notifying the Key Computer Contacts. If you have questions regarding this form or speaking engagements in general, please direct them here.

Please read the directions carefully. Some fields are required (marked with an asterisk "*"); others are not, but we encourage you to fill out all fields if possible as it will contribute to the attractiveness and effectiveness of your announcement.

We recommend against submitting announcements less than two weeks before the date of the engagement, in fact, we suggest that you submit the announcement at least a month in advance. Announcements submitted less than two weeks in advance will be considered a lower priority.

Graphics for the Ad
 

Graphics:
Often we post two graphics with each announcement; one representing the city where the events are held, and another of the meeting location building. The city graphic is usually larger, 300 x 200 pixels or larger is not uncommon. The graphic of the meeting location building is smaller and must fit into a 140 x 100 pixel space. Once you find suitable graphics, we can shrink them to fit on our page, so don't worry if they are too big, but especially with the meeting location building, remember that a large detailed graphic will lose its detail when shrunk. When you find graphics you like on the internet, right-click on them and select "Save Picture As..." then save the pictures and email them to us, and remember to remind us who you are and what announcement they apply to. If you choose to do so, please do it as soon as possible after submitting this form. As an alternative, you may ask us to choose graphics for you.
