"Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood."
Today, the world convulses in a global spasm of hatred, murder, and war. While America and her allies seek to "root out terrorists," and "remove this evil from the world," the implacable, satanic hatred grows only more virulent, more contagious, more intractable, ever more protracted. Isaiah wrote, "The way of peace they know not, and there is no judgment in their goings; they have made them crooked paths: whosever goeth therein shall not know peace" (Isaiah 59:8). The plain truth is, there is no human solution to the terrorism and wars which convulse this planet!
And now — Bin Laden and the "smoking gun." Any person possessing common sense, and bereft of malicious bias who saw Usama bin Laden and his bearded cohorts chortling over mass murder should be sickened. History records that Adolf Hitler, on the very day he was informed by his top director of the SS concentration camps that his "final solution" was in full swing; that hundreds of thousands of Jews were being systematically gassed to death, reached down to pat his female German shepherd, and comment to her that she appeared "thin" and that he had not been feeding her enough!
As Bin Laden explained to his co-conspirators that many of the 9/11 hijackers did not know they were on a suicide mission, and laughed over the fact that the attackers had brought down both of the twin Trade Towers, he explained that he had thought only perhaps "three or four floors" would be destroyed; that the burning fuel from the aircraft would "melt the iron" and cause only the floors above to collapse. He had not expected, he said, that the entire buildings would collapse. As he spoke, his hands gestured to indicate aircraft banking toward the buildings, and he chortled with happiness that the attack had exceeded his expectations.
Predictably, those whose minds are made up; those who hate the US government, declared that the tape was "a fake." Probably, they also believe the manned trip to the moon was staged "somewhere in the Arizona desert," and are members of the "flat earth society."
What is especially chilling about the Bin Laden braggadocio is its continual reference to Bin Laden’s Islamic version of God. Time and again, during his discourse, his listeners would say "Allah be praised!" It appeared for all the world like a group of "praise worship" nominal Christians reciting all "that God had done" recently, sitting there in front of the cameras, saying over and over again, "Praise God," or "Bless you Jesus."
The twisted religiosity of these filthy hate mongers and mass murders may go a long way in the minds of millions of westerners, if not people all over the world, to convince them that Islam, as a religion, is dedicated to the destruction of freedom; the total collapse of democracy everywhere in the world. Islam seeks nothing short of the "conversion" of the entire world to Islam!
Already, strident voices from the American Muslim community were heard, voicing their fears that the tape would bring a renewed wave of anti-Islamic sentiment in the United States.
As I have written in earlier commentaries, the Islamic world says it is at war with us, but we say we are only at war with the terrorists! This is difficult to understand in the light of thousands upon thousands of women and children taking to the streets from Ramallah to Cairo, and from Khartoum to Damascus, rejoicing over the death of thousands of innocent victims on September 11th. One cannot help but wonder whether similar rejoicing, albeit more constrained, due to the possible discovery, took place in mosques and "Islamic Cultural Centers" all over the United States.
In my commentary on "Global Guerrilla War," I showed the absolute impossibility of succeeding in "rooting out terrorism" in dozens of countries all over the world. It’s time we sorted through all the lying propaganda from so-called "moderate" Islamic countries, and come to understand the plain truth.
As Adolf Hitler practiced selective breeding, trying to produce the "master race," so Bin Laden and his cohorts are actually running training sessions for little children.
Terrorist training for toddlers? Yes, Bin Laden and his "Al Quaeda" network sponsors just such training. On the front page of a major New York City newspaper recently was a large picture of masked terrorists standing proudly with a little toddler, who was garbed just like his elders — all of whom, including the little boy, were wearing belts of explosives.
This innocent little child, no doubt very excited and happy to be so much the center of attention by his fearsome-looking elders, is only one of hundreds of thousands just like him, who are taught from their earliest years to hate Israelis and Americans; indeed, any "infidel" from any western country. But this boy, like millions of his peers, is being told that the Jews and America are his bitter enemies. His pliant mind is being programmed by incredible lies to believe that the Jews and the United States are the real "terrorists." For each Jewish retaliatory strike against Hamas targets in Israel, and for every US cruise missile that lands on Islamic soil, this boy and millions like him are being pumped full of vitriol and hatred.
With each vengeance killing comes a "retaliatory strike." The retaliation becomes the excuse for another retaliation, which is then an excuse for a retaliation of the retaliation. In the streets and highways of Israel and Palestine, people have long since forgotten which retaliation is in retaliation for which previous retaliation.
In one of the latest outrages, a suicide bomber blew himself up only to halt a bus filled with Orthodox Jews on their way to a wedding, so that Palestinian gunmen could riddle the bus with bullets.
As I have spoken and written for years, WAR is ahead in the Middle East, not peace! Indeed, WAR is what is taking place right now, only no-one seems to want to call it by the proper name. The Israeli government now says "Yassir Arafat is irrelevant." Time after time, US initiatives aimed at bringing the two parties together to negotiate a settlement have ended up in the twisted, smoking hulks of bombed out buses, or in the bloody mayhem of mass murder in a Jerusalem mall.
Now, as a reminder of the prophecies of your Bible, the POPE has spoken out about the "holy places," calling upon the warring parties to cease their violent acts, attempting to project himself into the middle of the conflict. Although nominal Christians represent only a tiny minority in Jerusalem, the pope carries great weight with world leaders. He has summoned the topmost Catholic clerics from Israel, Jordan, and other countries to the Vatican for discussions.
Meanwhile, GERMANY has contributed "special forces" troops to the conflict in Afghanistan, and has hosted the meetings in Bonn for establishing an interim government in Afghanistan. Shockingly, Britain’s Tony Blair just signed a bill which, in effect, makes it possible for the EU (European Union) authorities to arrest British subjects for such offences as "xenophobia" and some offences which are not even against British law!
Many Britons are outraged at this latest development, believing Blair is handing over entirely too much British sovereignty to Europe!
Consider what is happening in Afghanistan: With the Taliban all but neutralized, the old war lords are vying for power once again. Each tribal leader demands total autonomy! None of them wish to relinquish the power they maintain over their strutting young men with their AK-47s and bandoliers of ammunition, which, like a private militia, guarantees the war lords their power. To the beleaguered citizens of Kabul and Kandahar, it is deja vu! The Taliban melts into the hills, or changes sides once again (a tradition with Afghans), blending into the population, but retaining their weapons, there to plan, plot, and wait until they can once again attempt to seize power; the war lords control the streets, levy taxes, pass ad hoc laws, and generally exploit the people.
Thousands of Afghan refugees are streaming back into the country from Iran and Pakistan. What will they find?
Truly, Isaiah’s prophecy applies to this horrendous situation: "The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.
"Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.
"We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noon day as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men" (Isaiah 59:8-10). What scripture would be more fitting when applied to the ineptitude of the UN, or the so-called "coalition," or the "Northern Alliance?"
Today, the whole world cries out for PEACE! In a prophecy aimed specifically at Judah, which is modern Israel, Jeremiah said, "For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace" (Jeremiah 8:11). Later, he said, "We looked for peace, but no good came; and for a time of health, and behold trouble!" (Jeremiah 8:15). As tens of thousands of Americans grieve for their lost loved ones, and Americans deal with the specter of terrorism within and among us, so do thousands of Israeli citizens grieve for all of those lost in more than 4 major wars, and innumerable shootings, knifings, and suicide bombings. Meanwhile, Palestinian Arab mothers and families shriek in pain and rage as they display the shattered bodies of their children, killed by Israeli rockets or gunfire.
Outrage engenders further outrage. Murder results in murder. Attacks result in retaliatory attacks. Truly, there is no end to all of this. What you are seeing is very likely the fulfillment of Christ’s prophecy, "And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
"And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
"And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
"And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
"Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time" (Revelation 12:7-12). Were Satan’s demons in the cockpits with those murderous terrorists, gleefully laughing as they watched the aircraft plunge into the buildings, shattering, dismembering human beings?
Did you notice the stories told by "clerics" in the Bin Laden tape?
They told of their dreams. Dreams of seeing airplanes crash into buildings! Do not doubt that they dreamed such things! Demons can plant thoughts into the minds of those Satan influences; can give premonitions of the mass murders they are planning!
Satan the devil is the author of the vast majority of this world’s religions! Only the twisted, perverted, hate-filled mind of this doomed arch-demon could devise the cold, calculated murder of men, women, and children, and then rejoice over the deed! Personally, I have no doubt that Satan personally influenced (and probably entered) Adolf Hitter. Nor do I doubt today that Satan himself influences, or perhaps possesses, Bin Laden.
Millions of little Islamic boys act out their dreams of becoming "martyrs" for their religion every day. In a lengthy diatribe entitled "Martyrs: The Building Blocks of Nations," one "Sheikh Abdullah Azzam 1", who operates a terrorist Website, says, "A small group: they are the ones who carry convictions and ambitions. And an even smaller group from this small group, are the ones who flee from the worldly life in order to act upon these ambitions. And an even smaller group from this elite group are the ones who sacrifice their souls and their blood in order to bring victory to these ambitions. So, they are the cream of the cream. It is not possible to reach glory except by traversing this path...in fact, there is no Paradise without this path: ‘Do you really think that you will enter Paradise, before Allah has decided from among you, those who fight in his way and those who are patient?’ [Quran 3:142]....Indeed the martyr has seven special favours from Allah: all his sins are forgiven at the first spurt of his blood, he sees his place in Paradise as his blood is shed (before his soul leaves his body), he tastes the sweetness of Iman, he is married to 72 of the beautiful maidens...he is protected from the punishment of the grave, he is saved from the great terror of the day of judgement, there is placed upon his head a crown of honor a jewel of which worth is more than the whole world and everything in it and he is granted permission to intercede for the members of his household to bring them into Paradise..."
Thus are millions of little boys taught to revere DEATH more than life! They are taught that each martyr, who dies as he blasts himself to bits while killing as many Jews or Americans as he can, becomes like a "savior," who not only is transported immediately to "paradise" and the 72 maidens, but who can then "forgive the sins" of all his family members, and guarantee their own entry into paradise.
To think that such methods as American TV, radio, books, and magazines will somehow dispel this insistent, pernicious teaching from the perverted Imams of fanatical Islam is idiocy.
This is a battle for the MINDS OF MEN, and it is being waged in high places!
Truly, Satan is come down, filled with wrath, because he knows he has but a short time!
Christ says to us, ""And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
"For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
"All these are the beginning of sorrows.
"Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
"And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
"And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
"And because iniquity [lawlessness!] shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
"But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
"And this gospel of the kingdom [the GOOD NEWS of Christ’s coming kingdom on this earth!] shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
"When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
"Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
"Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
"Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
"And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
"But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day [take careful note! This is set in the time of the end; at the time of the Tribulation. Yet, Christ says the SABBATH day is very important!]:
"For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
"And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved [alive]: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened" (Matthew 24:6-22).
We are in the throes of war! It is a war with no end in sight, with no true "front" and no "rear." It is everywhere. It is SPIRITUAL as well as military! Do not be deceived into thinking there is any "quick fix" by the government, or that "peace" will break out in Afghanistan, and all our boys can come home, and "peace" will prevail again.
No, do not be deceived!
Daniel wrote, "And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
"And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
"And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever" (Daniel 12:1-3).
What a privilege to represent the ONLY solution to this world’s ills — the very work of God in this end-time struggle for the minds of men! God does not say that those who turn "only a FEW" to righteousness will shine like stars...but those who turn MANY to His way of righteous, holy life!
The final two verses of the Bible say it all: "He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
"The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen" (Revelation 22:20-21).
