While Europe is inundated with huge floods --- floods worse than any in
the last 100 years or more, the United States is burning up with drought
and huge wild fires! Currently, almost half of the contiguous states are
in moderate to severe drought! WHY? Is there any remote connection between
the weather and God, who says He controls the weather?
To atheists and agnostics, weather is merely “cyclical.” “Oh, there have
always been droughts and floods," they say. Or, “It is just better
reporting. Before, no one here knew about floods in Europe, but now, TV
tells us about it.”
But have there ALWAYS been more than a dozen nations in possession of
horrifying weapons of mass destruction? Have there ALWAYS been tens of
thousands of nuclear bombs of all kinds, sizes, and destructive power —
enough destructive power to obliterate the entire population of 20 worlds
like ours?
Have there ALWAYS been madmen in power of rogue nations who so hate the
United States and Britain that they will do anything to kill us — to
destroy us?
The prophecies of Jesus Christ state there will be an ACCUMULATION of many
world-wide disasters and catastrophes, all occurring AT THE SAME TIME! It
is the time of the prophesied GREAT TRIBULATION to come upon the United
States and Britain for our sickening array of the most degrading,
appalling, perverted national sins!
Already, some are beginning to equate the prolonged drought with the “dust
bowl of the ‘30's” which drove thousands of farmers and homesteaders from
the mid plains states, and which dealt the nation an economic body blow.
Ranchers, farmers, foresters, and the thousands of communities which
depend upon them are seeing their crops burn up in the fields, forests
closed due to fires or the threat of more fires, and banks looking at the
unwanted calling of overdue loans. Generally, any small town banker who
helps support the county ranchers and farmers will tell you he is “not in
the real estate business,” and has no desire to call in loans for
mortgages, seed, farm implements or fuel. He will tell you he would rather
see the farm and ranch succeed rather than fail, so he can continue to
benefit from the interest he collects, and the farmer and rancher can
benefit from the sale of his products.
But today, millions of Americans, especially in the Carolinas, Georgia,
Virginia, Colorado and Wyoming are experiencing the driest August to July
(from August 2001 to July 31st of 2002) year in their histories!
More than 4 million acres have been burned — countless numbers of wildlife
killed, firemen killed, tanker planes have crashed — from wildfires
sometimes deliberately set by utterly insane arsonists, or, in the case of
a huge Colorado fire near Denver, from a foolish woman (in the forestry
service!) whose whimsical desire of the moment was to cook some hotdogs
outdoors!
The maps showing drought zones indicate extreme drought from Southern
California up to Montana, and east to Lincoln, Nebraska, then from
Delaware down to Georgia! Another extreme drought is ongoing in the lower
Rio Grande Valley in Texas!
Consider: Your Bible predicts that many different punishments will fall
upon the United States, Britain, and the democracies of Europe! God
promised BOUNTIFUL CROPS, and PERFECT WEATHER for obedience, and the
opposite for rebellion! Here and there, local churches and small
communities PRAY for rain! But their prayers are for naught for the simple
reason that they represent people who believe God’s law is ”done away!”
They have no knowledge that sin is the transgression of the LAW, and not
merely infractions of a list of man-made proscriptions and prohibitions!
Notice! “And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto
the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments
which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high
above all nations of the earth:
“And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou
shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
“Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the
field.
“Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and
the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy
sheep.
“Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.” These are primarily
AGRICULTURAL blessings! But they include an absence of crime; happy,
wholesome, healthy families, peaceful, loving, sharing communities!
He said, “Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt
thou be when thou goest out.
“The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be
smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and
flee before thee seven ways.
“The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in
all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land
which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
“The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath
sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God,
and walk in his ways.
“And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of
the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee.
“And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy
body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in
the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
“The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the
rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand:
and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.” Yet,
the United States is the world’s largest debtor! Foreign nations possess a
mortgage on our country, our people, and our future! Should they demand
payment, the US would be entirely bankrupt!
“And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt
be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto
the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to
observe and to do them:
“And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee
this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to
serve them (Deuteronomy 28:1-14).
But we are NOT a commandment-keeping nation, are we? We thumb our
collective noses at God’s laws! We are an idolatrous, Sabbath-breaking,
crime-ridden nation of crooks, thieves, liars, insider traders, corporate
robbers, lying politicians, pederasts, homosexuals of every kind, child
murderers and sexual predators! Our “entertainment” is watching,
vicariously, the horrifying explosions, mass murders, stabbing and
strangling of thousands of victims; for over 50% of a waddling,
overstuffed, obese public to sit in darkened movie theaters, stuffing
their faces with greasy, buttered popcorn, drinking a chemical soup which
would probably kill bacteria, watching gleefully as the hero blows to
bloody rags up to forty or fifty “bad guys,” or vice versa. The bad guys
have machine guns, spewing out thousands of rounds which always miss,
while the hero may have a couple of pistols with which he unerringly pumps
bullets into the chests and heads of the bad guys, whose bodies are flung
backwards in spasmodic jerks as the huge slugs impact them. Blood, guts
and sex. Sex and violence. Sex for its own sake. Violence for its own
sake.
American movie makers spew out an endless miasma of fetid filth from their
Hollywood studios, anxiously watching the dollar signs, each trying to out
do the other to give the public what it wants. The public includes
millions of little children and teens who grow up on a diet of slop, and
who become, deep down inside, like those they watch.
Like a bomb on a short fuse, many of them erupt in mindless anger, and act
out the same things they have seen on TV, in the movies, or in the
hideously bloody and demoniacal video games they endlessly watch and play.
This was the precise trigger which resulted in the shootings at Columbine
High School in Colorado, and it is behind a massive amount of juvenile
violence, including suicide.
Millions who dutifully attend a church of their choice on the day of the
Sun have wallowed in movies, TV programs or discos the night before. Like
so many grunting, squealing Yorkshire hogs shouldering each other aside to
get to the slop trough, countless millions feed on a nonstop regimen of
crime and violence. September 11, 2001, or “9/11", just was not enough!
Millions flock to the theaters to see massive destruction, huge loss of
life, blood and guts, and never-ending death! To many, what happened on
9/11 was “unreal somehow,” simply because their minds are so perverted and
overloaded with nonstop violence.
America leads the world in crime. We lead the world in divorce. We lead
the world in pornography. We lead the world in child kidnappings. We lead
the world in “gay rights” movements. We lead the world in the systematic
murder of unborn children. We lead the world in illegitimacy. We lead the
world in single parents, to whom bastardy is a proud flag of self
fulfillment, instead of a flagrant advertisement of promiscuity and broken
laws. Then we wipe our mouths and say we have not sinned. “Celebrities”
cheerfully announce the forthcoming birth of their bastard child on
popular talk and interview TV shows, and the audiences lap it up.
Meanwhile, the liberal apologists from every conceivable special interest,
from gay rights to the “environment” seek to bring America around to their
nihilistic denial of absolute laws; to their simpering “political
correctness” points of view.
And BECAUSE of this, God thunders in His wrath a mind-boggling series of
national disasters which will come upon us -- MANY of which are, in some
measure, already occurring NOW!
“Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field.
“Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store.
“Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the
increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
“Cursed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and cursed shalt thou be when
thou goest out.
“The LORD shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that
thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until
thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou
hast forsaken me.
“The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have
consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess it [we are
a disease-ridden people; AIDS kills thousands; millions suffer from heart
disease, emphysema, arthritis, lupus, diabetes, multiple sclerosis,
Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimers, dementia, assorted forms of cancer, and
millions more are walking around in a fog of drunkenness and alcoholism,
drug abuse and addiction, hypertension, sleeplessness, delusions,
phantasms, weird, false religious theories and dozens of mental
aberrations.]
“The LORD shall smite thee with a consumption [Emphysema, chronic
bronchitis, pneumonia], and with a fever [night sweats, colds, flues], and
with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and
with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou
perish.
“And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that
is under thee shall be iron.
“The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven
shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.
“The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt
go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them: and shalt be
removed into all the kingdoms of the earth [Ultimately, this is the final
outcome of our vaunted military ventures!]
“And thy carcase shall be meat unto all fowls of the air, and unto the
beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away.
“The LORD will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods
[countless millions suffer with this!], and with the scab, and with the
itch, whereof thou canst not be healed [the rashes, melanomas, moles,
scabs, exzemas, psoriasis, blisters, carbuncles, boils, fungi of the skin
and other afflictions keep the dermatology clinics loaded with patients].
“The LORD shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment
of heart [millions of Americans are mentally deranged, disturbed,
unbalanced, and barely functional. The mental wards are packed with the
insane, and one wonders from time to time whether some of the nation’s
judges do not belong in the deepest inner sanctum of those same
institutions!].
“And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and
thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and
spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.
“Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt
build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a
vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.
“Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat
thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face, and
shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto thine
enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them.
“Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine
eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long: and
there shall be no might in thine hand.
“The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou
knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:
“So that thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt
see.
“The LORD shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs, with a sore
botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of thy foot unto the top of thy
head.
“The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee,
unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there
shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.
“And thou shalt become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all
nations whither the LORD shall lead thee.
“Thou shalt carry much seed out into the field, and shalt gather but
little in; for the locust shall consume it.
“Thou shalt plant vineyards, and dress them, but shalt neither drink of
the wine, nor gather the grapes; for the worms shall eat them.
“Thou shalt have olive trees throughout all thy coasts, but thou shalt not
anoint thyself with the oil; for thine olive shall cast his fruit.
“Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, but thou shalt not enjoy them; for
they shall go into captivity.
“All thy trees and fruit of thy land shall the locust consume.
“The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and
thou shalt come down very low [Rapidly, white Caucasians are becoming the
minority in America’s big cities! Particularly in Los Angeles, where vast
neighborhoods fail to display a single sign in English; where millions of
Koreans, Vietnamese, east Asian Indians, Pakistanis, Indonesians,
Hispanics and other minorities congregate together. I have driven through
large neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area I knew as a young man, and
seen only Orientals and minorities. Many cities in the southwest are
predominately Hispanic, and a political movement is already afoot to wrest
the entire American southwest away, and hand it back to Mexico!]
“He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the
head, and thou shalt be the tail [foreigners own our debt!]
“Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee,
and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not
unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his
statutes which he commanded thee:
“And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy
seed for ever.
“Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with
gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;
“Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send
against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of
all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have
destroyed thee.
“The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the
earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not
understand;
“A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the
old, nor show favour to the young:
“And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land,
until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn,
wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until
he have destroyed thee” (Deuteronomy 28:15-51).
There is a CAUSE for every effect!
God plainly says it is BECAUSE we trample His holy laws underfoot; laws
which are handed down for our GREAT GOOD, that we receive the effects,
which are the horrifying curses listed above!
Notice further: “And I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your
cities, and want of bread in all your places: yet have ye not returned
unto me, saith the LORD.
“And also I have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three
months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused
it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece
whereupon it rained not withered.
“So two or three cities wandered unto one city, to drink water; but they
were not satisfied: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
“I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: when your gardens and your
vineyards and your fig trees and your olive trees increased, the
palmerworm devoured them: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the
LORD” (Amos 4:6-9).
That is the whole point! The incredible curses being experienced by
average families today have not caused people to RETURN TO THEIR GOD!
Instead, they cling to their same old dog-eared, shop-worn, tired excuses
of atheism, agnosticism, nihilism and situation ethics, or to their pagan
“form”of religion, which is based upon sun worship, pagan holidays, and a
counterfeit Christ! They cling to the wholly false, pagan notions of an
ever-burning hell, the “immortality of the soul” and a very recent and
equally false doctrine of a “rapture.” By their millions, they render lip
service to God. He says of them, “Behold, ye trust in lying words, that
cannot profit.
“Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn
incense unto Baal [”Baal” means “the lord” in Hebrew! Millions continually
speak of “the Lord,” thinking they are speaking of Christ, when they are
not!], and walk after other gods whom ye know not;
“And come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name,
and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations?
“Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in
your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it, saith the LORD” (Jeremiah 7:8-11).
Hundreds of thousands of young children have been the prey of pederasts,
prancing about in priestly robes, clasping their hands, rolling their eyes
toward heaven, reciting Latin prayers, lighting candles, pressing solar
disc wafers on protruding tongues, and hearing “confessions” when they
should ask the penitent to come around to their side of the booth, and
hear their own!
Thousands of fakes, charlatans, frauds, pretenders, crooks, con men, bunko
artists, thieves, cheats and liars occupy pulpits, and appear on
television and radio, spewing out their own perverted version of
“churchianity” to the wholly mesmerized, sometimes bewitched audiences
whose glazed-eyed, bovine stupidity is evident from their stares, shearing
the sheep, bilking the public, and tearfully begging for money to “keep
this ministry on the air!”
Remember, Jesus Christ said all these things would prevail AT THE SAME
TIME!
He warned, “Take heed that no man deceive you.
“For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive
many.
“And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars [you are living in that
time!]: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to
pass, but the end is not yet.
“For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and
there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places
[America is AT WAR against terror! We deny we are AT WAR with Islam, while
Islam says they are AT WAR against us! WAR against Iraq, which could widen
into an attack against Israel, which could result in Israel retaliating
with nuclear weapons, can happen AT ANY TIME now!].
“All these are the beginning of sorrows.
“Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and
ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
“And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall
hate one another [this time is HERE, NOW! Many who were formerly loving
brothers and sisters now HATE one another; shun one another, continually
snipe, gossip, defame, ridicule, malign, and persecute former brethren! I
KNOW this, for I have been, and am, the target of thousands of vicious,
lying attacks! By this I know God must truly LOVE me, and honor the work I
do for Him, and in His name, for the incredible HATRED that is continually
spewed out, even by some who call themselves “ministers"!]
“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
“And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
“But he that shall endure unto the end [this is what I INTEND TO DO -- do
you?], the same shall be saved.
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a
witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come” (Matthew 24:4-14).
Thanks be to God, the GREAT GOOD NEWS of the soon-coming world-ruling
KINGDOM OF GOD IS BEING PREACHED to the nations in ever-expanding power!
Daniel says, “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince
which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time
of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same
time [this is the SAME time described by Jesus Christ in Matthew 24!]: and
at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found
written in the book.
“And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to
everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
“And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and
they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever”
(Daniel 12:1-3).
Are YOU one of these? Are you one of those who is involved in the WORK of
God that is TURNING MANY TO RIGHTEOUSNESS? Time is growing short! Christ
says He will “CUT SHORT THE WORK” on this earth! The time is coming that a
DIFFERENT KIND OF FAMINE will strike the earth, a “famine of the word.”
Meanwhile, as Christ said, “Let us work while it is DAY, for the night
cometh, when no man can work!”
