You obviously don’t need to find out the details of rioting, looting, and arson, as it’s playing out LIVE wherever you look. But the truth behind this anarchy is another matter. There are powerful individuals, institutions, and maybe most important of all, media outlets that are working together to foment an overthrow of America. They desperately need to overthrow the presidency, the economy, and law and order in the United States because they’ve been exposed. It’s not like we didn’t know what they’d done nearly three years ago. We did and said as much. But the mainstream media has not gone anywhere near the truth. If you can stand it, take a look at the mainstream media. They’re explaining that what we’re seeing in all the looting and burning is righteous indignation. It’s not stealing, they explain, but “symbolic taking.” It’s reparations by force. Don’t you believe it.

The heroes of the deep state (you know many of their names) are in life-changing legal trouble for having tried to overthrow the Presidency. It’s proven in the clearest terms by official reports of inspectors general, by released, formerly classified private testimony, and is available to those that know where to look. But the mainstream media is NOT the place to look. Why? As we’ve said before in numerous letters and weekly updates, they were in on it. They were promoting the overthrow, the impeachment, and every effort to make the masses HATE the President with all the passion they can muster.

They’re not through. They’re doing it right now as you read this. They’re playing the video and expressing their disgust at the police killing of George Floyd, over and over and over again. They tell you to, “Open your eyes, America.” It’s “systemic racism.” It’s evil capitalism which is inherently racist according to the daily propaganda.

They didn’t need to tell us to be disgusted and angry. We couldn’t even watch the whole video of that slow-motion, utterly unnecessary killing, with other police officers standing around with nothing better to do than loiter. IT OUTRAGED EVERY AMERICAN. They didn’t need to loot and burn everything they could get their hands on, beat and kill police officers, and try to burn down the White House in order that we understand. We already understood.

It’s being played as if this is the end game, and it might be if things are not immediately brought under control. This is quite a spectacle, not only for those of us who love the U. S. and the freedom bequeathed to us at God’s inspiration. From the standpoint of antifa, black lives matter, and most importantly the deep state, the United States must be overthrown NOW. They think they’ve got the upper hand, and every nation around the world is now wondering if this is the end of the USA.

The mainstream media, in league with the deep state, is all in. Evidence has come out that the effort to destroy the Trump Presidency was coordinated. There was collusion all right, but not the “collusion” they pushed into American living rooms for three years. It all fell apart. Mueller failed spectacularly, and the lies that had been spewed by the deep state and the media have been exposed in hearings, in the sham-impeachment, and by several extraneous sources, “fact-checked” or banned by the social media giants.

Most interested observers may still not know that the heroes of the deep state and the plot to destroy the Trump Presidency were saying one thing under oath, where it mattered from a legal standpoint, but were claiming to have evidence of “Russian collusion” every night on all the mainstream networks, and quoted under headlines designed to deceive the public into believing that Donald Trump, Michael Flynn, and ALL CONSERVATIVE THINKERS were aiding and abetting “RUSSIA.” It was a ridiculous lie, and they knew it. But these wretched TV anchors with their hooded eyes and angry demeanors claimed to know it to be the truth. They criticized and demeaned all who did not believe them. They called the truth a conspiracy theory as it came out. They’re still doing it. It’s a non-stop push, and it’s getting even worse going forward.

The big-name heroes of the deep state are in deep trouble of the legal variety. If the rule of law survives, if their culpability is ever adjudicated by the standards of justice that define our system, they’re going down in the most serious of terms. They’ve committed actions punishable by either life in prison or the DEATH PENALTY under American law.

This is for all the chips. If law and order survive in the United States, they’re finished! That’s why they’re trying to destroy the United States right now. And they think they’ve got the upper hand. The media personalities may bear legal risk, as they were up to their ears in one coup attempt after another. They have to call it a “conspiracy theory” because they are involved! That’s the explanation for the inexplicable.

You obviously don’t need to find out the details of rioting, looting, and arson, as it’s playing out LIVE wherever you look. But the truth behind this anarchy is another matter. There are powerful individuals, institutions, and maybe most important of all, media outlets that are working together to foment an overthrow of America.

Greetings from Tyler,

There have been several important developments this week. One is the ascension of Boris Johnson to office of Prime Minister of the UK. The jury is still out on whether he’ll be able to extricate Britain from the European Union without remaining hostage to all manner of rules and regulations that deprive the nation of its sovereignty. Prime Minister Boris began by firing his entire cabinet, largely made up of politicians who were determined that Britain must remain hostage to the EU. He says that he’ll get the UK out of the EU by October 31st, “no ifs, ands or buts.”

It’s a tall order, one that Theresa May couldn’t manage, and the British press may well make it as difficult as possible. It seems that Boris Johnson gets along well with President Trump, which is two strikes against him as far as the media is concerned. This situation is ticklish. Nigel Farage, known as the “godfather of Brexit” says that great courage will be required of the new Prime Minister. Mr. Farage believes that a general election should be called, and believes that would solidify the authority of the new administration do to what must be done. That would fall in line with the things both Herbert W. and Garner Ted Armstrong were saying for 50 some years. “Britain will NOT be one of the TEN nations of Bible prophecy that make up the ‘beast’ power of Revelation.

The mainstream media is excited about both North Korea and Iran test-firing short and medium-range missiles. That’s causing plenty of energetic reporting because it gives the opportunity for them to report the prospect of failure for President Trump’s foreign policies. After the ruinous spectacle of the nationally televised Mueller hearings, they need something to hang their hat on.

This was their last gasp. They just had to get Mueller on camera to say something they could use to press ahead toward their impeachment dream. But Mueller was a tremendous disappointment. It looked like he’d had little if anything to do with the “report” that bore his name. He was completely unfamiliar with passages and footnotes that appeared within the report that he’d supposedly written. He’d apparently never heard of individuals and documents that were referenced (Glenn Simpson- Fusion GPS). For a few hours, it looked like those who were just sure that Mueller would produce the ammunition to destroy the Trump presidency were completely out of gas and defeated.

Even one of the most vocal proponents (Adam Schiff) of the “Trump-Russia” narrative concluded that the 2020 election remained the only method of getting rid of the Trump Presidency. But the air of defeat didn’t last. Soon, the networks were trotting out Congressmen to declare, “We have a felon in the White House. He lied, he obstructed justice and now it’s the job of Congress to see that justice is done” (Julian Castro, paraphrased).” After some behind-the-scenes meetings, the Trump-haters have regrouped and put impeachment back on the table. What else can they do?

They certainly can’t allow the news-cycle to be dominated by the slow trickle of information that will (someday) expose American intelligence agencies for attempting to overturn the 2016 election with bogus, filthy accusations made by Russian sources—bought and paid for by the opposing campaign—and carried out by high officials who are still doing their level best to destroy the President.

So impeachment is back on the table, and full-throated accusers are lined up for national television appearances.

It seems that there is plenty of documentation that will expose the plot and nail the high officials who put it in motion. It was CLASSIFIED. No one was authorized to access it, outside of a few individuals with high enough clearances, but they can’t tell us either. As many may know, the President declassified these materials and placed them at the disposal of new Attorney General Robert Barr. But they still haven’t been made public. The President did a LIVE interview last night in which he was asked about these materials, and we heard the same answer. “Bob Barr is highly respected, and it’s up to him to distribute these materials as he sees fit (paraphrased).” That’s it. Here we are, years into this debacle. The mainstream media have been intentionally dishonest. They have succeeded in convincing a sizable percentage of the public that Trump is a Russian agent, that he’s committed treason and is practicing criminality in the White House. The release of fraudulent documents, some of which were used to get court orders allowing domestic agencies to spy on Americans involved with the Trump campaign, pilfer through all their calls, e-mails and communications records, might finally put the truth of the situation out in the open where it would expose the perpetrators and their scheme.

For whatever reason (and we hope it’s a good one) the smoking-gun proof of their malfeasance remains hidden, and that’s where the mainstream media hopes it will stay.

For all the hype and exaggerated expectations, the whole Mueller investigation was an embarrassing flop. Now Mueller is a sympathetic figure. It appears his name and his reputation were used to lend credibility to another rogue operation designed to take Trump down. But it appears only a minor setback for his enemies. They’ll continue to investigate while calling the President and any who dare support him RACIST!

You might as well get comfortable with it. If we love our country, want it to survive a sovereign land where freedom reigns, that makes us racist according to politically-correct dogma. Unless you want everyone on earth to set up shop (or a tent on a sidewalk) in the United States, without going through the legal maze citizens must navigate, you are definitely guilty of their favorite charge. If you’re not prepared to pass the overwhelming burden of debt of unlimited health-care for all illegals (can we see a raise of hands?) on to your progeny, you might be– no, you are a RACIST!

That’s OK. The Bible says to count it all joy when falsely accused and spitefully used. So maybe we should be enjoying the constant drumbeat of hateful disgust aimed our way. Sooner or later (we hope sooner) the curtain will be pulled aside, and no one will be able to ignore the fact that the entire information conglomerate has been hijacked and used for propaganda and misinformation for two and a half years! It’s time we didn’t have to waste, and still don’t.

WASHINGTON

The Democratic-led House failed Tuesday to override President Donald Trump’s first veto, salvaging his effort to steer billions of extra dollars to erecting border barriers and delivering a victory to the White House in a constitutional and political clash that’s raged for months.

Lawmakers voted 248-181 to overturn Trump’s veto, but that fell 38 votes shy of the required two-thirds margin. Just days after Attorney General William Barr announced that special counsel Robert Mueller had found Trump didn’t scheme with Russia to help his 2016 election, Tuesday’s vote bolstered Trump’s drive to build a wall along the boundary with Mexico, a hallmark of his 2016 presidential campaign and a priority of his presidency.

While clearly a defeat for Democrats, the vote afforded them a chance to reemphasize policy differences with Trump and change the subject from collusion allegations that have lost political clout. Underscoring that, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi placed her name atop a House Democratic fundraising email referencing the failed veto override, writing, “I know grassroots Democrats won’t let Trump’s enablers get away with this.”

Just 14 Republicans joined all voting Democrats in Tuesday’s futile effort to void Trump’s declaration of a national emergency at the Southwest border.

By invoking that power, Trump has said he will shift $3.6 billion from military construction to erecting barriers along that boundary. Congress has voted to provide less than $1.4 billion for border barriers, leaving Democrats and some Republicans fuming that Trump is abusing his powers by ignoring Congress’ constitutional control over spending.

Despite his veto remaining intact, Trump may not be able to spend the money for barriers quickly because of lawsuits by Democratic state attorneys general and others that could take years to resolve.

Trump insisted during his campaign that Mexico, not taxpayers, would pay for the wall. To keep the issue alive into the 2020 campaign season, House Democrats may force fresh votes on the emergency declaration in six months, as the law allows.

The Pentagon sent lawmakers a list last week of hundreds of military construction projects that might be cut to pay for barrier work. Though the list was tentative, Democrats say that by backing Trump, GOP lawmakers were endangering local bases to pay for the wall.

Unhappiness over Trump’s plan to siphon the money from the military has become a bipartisan concern. On top of the $3.6 billion from construction, the Pentagon has formally informed Congress that it wants to steer another $1 billion from personnel accounts to barriers instead.

At a House Armed Services Committee hearing Tuesday, panel Chairman Adam Smith, D-Wash., said it was wrong to use the Pentagon as “sort of a piggybank-slash-slush fund.” The committee’s top Republican, Mac Thornberry of Texas, also said he opposes redirecting defense funds.

Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan told the lawmakers that while his department could pay a price in the future for maneuvering around Congress, he was following a “legal order from the commander in chief.”

Congress sent Trump a resolution annulling the national emergency that Trump declared at the U.S.-Mexico border in February. That included passage by the Republican-led Senate, in which 12 GOP senators — nearly 1 of every 4 — joined Democrats in blocking him.

Trump vetoed that measure almost immediately.

“We take an oath that we must honor” to protect the Constitution,” Pelosi, D-Calif., speaking on her 79th birthday, said Tuesday. “The choice is simple, between partisanship and patriotism. Between honoring our sacred oath or hypocritically, inconsistently breaking this oath.”

Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, called Trump’s declaration “constitutional vandalism.”

Republicans said Trump was merely following a 1976 law that gives presidents emergency powers, and was trying to head off Democrats with little concern about border security.

Rep. Tom McClintock, R-Calif., said Trump was acting against the “radical left in this House that would dissolve our borders entirely if given the chance” — a stance that no Democrat has taken. Rep. Paul Mitchell, R-Mich., called the veto override effort “a partisan whack job” because of its certain defeat.

All 13 Republicans who voted with Democrats last month to oppose Trump’s declaration did the same Tuesday. They were joined by Rep. John Katko, R-N.Y., who missed the earlier roll call.

The showdown began building last year. Trump’s insistence on wall money prompted this winter’s record 35-day partial government shutdown, which ended when he surrendered in January without getting any funds. Eventually a $1.4 billion compromise was struck.

Opponents of Trump’s emergency warned that besides usurping Congress’ power over spending, he was inviting future Democratic presidents to circumvent lawmakers by declaring emergencies for their own favored initiatives.

Trump’s declaration was the 60th presidential emergency under that statute, but the first aimed at spending that Congress explicitly denied, according to New York University’s Brennan Center for Justice, which tracks the law.

(Steve Griffin | Tribune file photo) Rep. Chris Stewart, R-Utah, makes his opening remarks during his town hall meeting at the West Valley City Hall in West Valley City Wednesday May 2, 2018.

Washington • Rep. Chris Stewart has seen a slew of intelligence documents about Russia’s attack on the 2016 presidential election, and he’s convinced the country was trying to sway the U.S. vote.

In whose favor? He’s unsure.

“For someone to answer that question definitively, they’d have to crawl inside Mr. Putin’s head,” the Utah Republican said in an interview Thursday, referring to Russian President Vladimir Putin. “It’s impossible to know. I’ve spent days, not just hours, but days, actually looking at intelligence.”

Stewart’s position contradicts that of U.S. intelligence agencies that have concluded Russia hacked the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and created fake social media accounts with the aim to boost Donald Trump and hurt Clinton. It also clashes with what Putin’s admission last week that he favored Trump in the election.

But Stewart’s take is consistent with that of one person: the president.

Trump has acknowledged that Russia was likely behind the cyberattacks — after denying it during a summit with Putin in Finland last week — though he has insisted it was not to boost his campaign over Clinton’s. The president also says there was no collusion between his team and Russia, a point at the heart of expansive federal and congressional investigations.

“This Russia thing with Trump and Russia is a made-up story,” the president told NBC in May 2017, adding later, “It’s an excuse by the Democrats for having lost an election that they should’ve won.”

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence said in January 2017 there was no question Russia interfered with the election at the behest of Putin to help Trump win.

“We assess with high confidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an influence campaign in 2016 aimed at the U.S. presidential election, the consistent goals of which were to undermine public faith in the U.S. democratic process, denigrate Secretary Clinton, and harm her electability and potential presidency. We further assess Putin and the Russian government developed a clear preference for president-elect Trump.”

The Senate Intelligence Committee came to the same verdict.

“We see no reason to dispute the conclusions,” the committee’s chairman, Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C., said in May.

Putin himself acknowledged last week that he wanted Trump to win the election.

“And did you direct any of your officials to help him do that?” Reuters’ Jeff Mason asked the Russian president.

“Yes, I did. Yes, I did,” Putin said at the joint news conference. “Because he talked about bringing the U.S.-Russia relationship back to normal.”

Yet, the GOP-led House Intelligence Committee, which has been criticized as turning its probe into a partisan circling of the wagons to protect Trump, has said Russia didn’t have a clear choice, arguing there were “significant tradecraft failings” by the intelligence community to say Putin wanted to help Trump.

Stewart, who has written many spy novels, has stood by the House Intelligence Committee’s findings, and notes that recent indictments of 12 Russian agents by special counsel Robert Mueller lines up directly with the committee’s March report on the election meddling.

After an interview with The Salt Lake Tribune, Stewart’s spokeswoman emailed what the office said was a clarifying statement.

“I want to be clear. I’m not saying that Putin was trying to help Trump, I’m saying that the CIA’s tradecraft didn’t comply with their normal standards,” Stewart said in a statement. “Therefore, the CIA reached a conclusion that I’m not sure we can confidently conclude.”

Stewart’s position, shared by many of his GOP colleagues, is that Russia wasn’t trying to help Trump, just sew discord in the U.S. election.

The Utah congressman, though, was one of the first to raise alarm bells about Russia’s actions in 2016 even if Stewart wasn’t the biggest fan of Trump initially.

Our Mussolini

During the Republican primaries, Stewart was adamant that Trump should not be the GOP presidential nominee.

“As a Republican, I’m telling you: Donald Trump does not represent Republican ideals,” Stewart told University of Utah students in March 2016.

“He’s our Mussolini,” Stewart added, referring to the Italian fascist dictator Benito Mussolini.

Later, when the “Access Hollywood” video emerged of Trump bragging about assaulting women, Stewart called for Trump to step down and let vice presidential candidate Mike Pence lead the ticket.

On CNN last week, Stewart struck a different tone.

“I love this president,” Stewart told host Jake Tapper.

Stewart said in a subsequent Tribune interview that he wasn’t serious about the 2016 Mussolini comment or the recent remark that he loved the president.

“Both of them were tongue-in-cheek,” Stewart said. “Obviously I’m not declaring my love for the president.”

Stewart eventually voted for Trump and now says that he agrees with Trump’s policy goals — tax cuts, regulation reforms, etc. — though he’s not a fan of the president’s style.

“I wish he was more clear and more concise,” Stewart said.

The three-term congressman says he understands the president’s concern with the ongoing investigations into the Russia interference in the election because he believes Trump often conflates those probes with the legitimacy of his victory.

“I’m a little bit sympathetic with him on that because he’s been accused of a serious crime; he’s been accused of treason,” Stewart said last week. “People around him have been accused of treason for more than two years. And I understand why he would be sensitive about that.”

Early Call

Stewart visited Moscow in August 2016 and raised alarm bells about what he saw coming.

“We know they’re trying to meddle in nearly everything we do. I really mean that,” Stewart said, calling the Russian-led cyberattacks “astounding.”

“I’m not suggesting that they’ve indicated or that we have indicators that they’re necessarily going to go after our election process, but they did it in Norway, they did it in the Ukraine, they’ve done it in a couple other Western nations, so why in the world wouldn’t we presume the same thing in ours?” Stewart warned.

They did.

In the aftermath, Stewart has been steadfast in saying that Russia meddled in the election, though it wasn’t aimed at boosting Trump’s prospects for a win.

Asked about Putin’s comment that he backed Trump, Stewart says that’s par for the course, and shouldn’t be taken at face value.

“Of course he’s going to say that,” Stewart said. “He’s a KGB operative, so of course he’s going to deceive. And the thing that he wants to do is weaken this president so what’s one way he can do that, [he can say], ‘Yeah, he’s my guy.’”

In the end, Stewart says the entire Russia investigation isn’t going to work out as some liberals hope: with a clear indictment of the president and proof of collusion. He doesn’t see it.

“We haven’t seen evidence of collusion, and I always add, yet, because I think that’s fair,” Stewart said. “But I’ll be very, very surprised if we do. And I think Mr. Mueller will be surprised.”
