BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The Panama-Buena Vista school district sent a warning about internet connections being spotty starting this week due to distance learning.

Distance learning begins full force on Monday, Panama-Buena Vista wanted parents to be aware all local internet service providers will experience an increase in network-use with the start of school.

The increase may affect household internet service speeds for both cable and wireless connected systems.

The Kern County Superintendent of Schools has been working with different internet providers to minimize any problems.

The school district is asking residents to continue to try and connect and they understand if you have difficulties.
