Caracas, May 12 (Prensa Latina) Venezuela’s Minister of Communication and Information Jorge Rodriguez on Tuesday confirmed the deep involvement of the United States and Colombia in May 3’s frustrated terrorist raid.

In statements from Miraflores Palace, Rodriguez displayed some footage of testimonies of those individuals involved in the raid, including the operational chief Antonio Sequea.

According to this mercenary, after being transferred from Riohacha to La Guajira peninsula in Colombia, they were received by Elkin Javier Lopez, alias Doble Rueda, a drug dealer whom Colombian President Ivan Duque allegedly put a price on his head and the United States requested his extradition.

However, Javier Lopez is freely drug trafficking on a farm next to a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) building in Colombian territory, Sequea said, assuring that they remained there for at least 40 days.

He also ratified that he maintained daily communication with the military contractor Jordan Goudreau, who owns Silvercorp company, who offered them confidence since his plans were backed by a contract signed by Juan Guaido – recognized by Washington as interim President of Venezuela – and supported by Donald Trump.

Sequea said Goudreau met with Guaido at the White House to organize the maritime raid into the Bolivarian nation and assured that the US security agencies were fully aware of Gideon operation.
