Greetings from Tyler,

So much time and energy has been squandered by the historic raid, you almost wonder if something else is happening that we’re not supposed to notice.  Everyone is trying to figure it out or find some justification.  It’s hard to think of anything the vaunted agency could have done to engender more distrust.  You’ve heard it a million times and probably thought it yourself, “They better come out with something that is mighty worthwhile…”  But they haven’t.  Despite having rummaged where they had no business and getting round-the-clock cover from the mainstream, they’re concerned about their integrity.  Seriously!?

Top secret documents?  The president has power over classifications last time we checked, and coming up with papers that “should” have been turned over isn’t going to work. Then there’s this pernicious rumor going around that Trump was in possession of proof the Feds framed him on the Russia Collusion debacle or something like that.  If that’s what it was, they couldn’t even display the raided items.  Surely this celebrated action will turn up something!  It had to be something huge.  You can almost hear the damage control session.  It’s got to be BIG.  What could be bigger than a nuclear bomb?

Those you’d have thought must surely have been consulted apparently weren’t, to whatever extent we’re being told the truth.  The raid made history, and surely was the subject of intense consideration beforehand.  The only thing nuclear was the backfire.  Did the planners not see this coming?  Does it wreak of sheer desperate insanity on the part of the establishment?  This doesn’t seem to have been considered very carefully.  Never before has a former president’s home had governmental agents searching the premises.  But then, never before has an individual been hated and feared like this.

The widely publicized raid can only redound to Trump’s favor failing something disastrous being found in the raid,  and that doesn’t seem to be forthcoming.  It’s enough to make you wonder if he was somehow behind it.  Surely the animosity of the Deep State is not so blinding that they stumble into errors like this.  Surely!  At this point it’s pure slapstick.  Another failed attempt to destroy the mainstream’s hated enemy.

As always, the mainstream is doubling down, trying to look serious and credible while suspecting that Trump was going to sell nuclear secrets to America’s enemies.  Remember Julius and Ethel Rosenberg?  They were convicted and executed in the 1950’s for selling nuclear secrets to the Russians.  That must be it.  Trump was going to pass the secrets to Russia so they could win a nuclear war!  He’s every bit as despicable as they’ve suspected all along!  So the media is starting to make straight faced claims that eleven sets of top secret nuclear documents were “stolen,” and we’ll just have to watch it play out.  What’s with all the drama?

It’s amazing that the Constitution survives, ignored to whatever degree by the courts, it remains the law of the land.  At least they tip their hat while finding justification for all manner of nonsense.  The Bible survives, but no one admits to trying to obey God.  What are you, crazy?  No, it has to be done in private and you can keep your thoughts and opinions to yourself.  Media and government will tell everyone what to do.  Better not condemn all the goodness of the mainstream, they know what’s right.  Can you imagine any time in the past if anybody would have said that we’d all be under “lock-down orders” from any entity?  If you go broke, too bad.  Checks were mailed willy-nilly to ease the pain of the urgent orders.  It was kind of like killing two birds with one stone.  You will bend to the government mandate, and then get a reward in the mailbox to make up for not going to work or having to close your business.  Whatever it is, it doesn’t sound like capitalism.

Have we not heard of more extreme examples of selling out the country that were in fact true?  Were there any raids?  The defensive players in this game of chess (or checkers) are trying to act like national security was at stake.  This makes how many, four attempts to destroy Trump?  Is there something they haven’t tried?  Yes, but for now they’re staking their hopes on “stolen classified documents.”  We’ll see if this time is the charm.

Someone tried to finish off Salman Rushdie, infamous author of the Satanic Verses, by stabbing him in the neck at an appearance in New York.  The ayatollah Khomeini had a bounty on Rushdie’s head for having insulted the prophet.  For years he lived in hiding, but thought the threat had subsided enough to go out in public.  No word about the attacker except that he’s in custody. Rushdie’s life hangs in the balance.

You may have guessed.  The media is full of “heat-wave” news to bolster the global warming panic.  It happens every Summer.  They’re calling the Las Vegas flooding a monsoon.  Predictions are that the Colorado River will soon be insufficient to supply the water needs of Southern California.  Quick!  Go out and buy an electric car.  Not only will you be “iconic,” you’ll probably  have to leave it behind in a rush.  Have a great Sabbath.

Mark
