So once someone gets fully vaccinated against COVID-19, many are wondering, what does that mean? What does “fully vaccinated” actually mean? The short answer from two experts at the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health said Thursday there is no vaccine purgatory or status change between doses one and two — a vaccinated person is not fully immunized until two weeks after their final dose.
