Donald Trump issued a scalding statement about ‘corrupt’ BBC executives meddling in the US presidential election after the media company’s director-general quietly quit.
The president shared his message about the exodus of BBC higher-ups from the company amid a row over the doctoring of his speech for a Panorama episode and misleading viewers.
‘The TOP people in the BBC, including TIM DAVIE, the BOSS, are all quitting/FIRED, because they were caught “doctoring” my very good (PERFECT!) speech of January 6th,’ Trump wrote on Truth Social on Sunday afternoon.
