Weekly Update by Mark Armstrong – May 30, 2025

Greetings from Tyler,

The mainstream is still knocking itself claiming Donald Trump is trying to enrich himself.

Somebody told me long ago, you want a president who doesn’t need money. And Ronald Reagan didn’t. Neither does Trump.

Quote from article in the Atlantic. From “The Trump Presidency’s World-Historical Heist” The subhead was, “He is taking self-enrichment to a scale never seen before in America”. The article goes through the corruption of previous presidencies and concludes that it was mostly penny-ante stuff and generosity to relatives. Trump however, they can hardly wrap their minds around the grand scale.

What? Does he need another anything? I think his opulence has been acquired. He’s so rich, money matters, but now he’s working for us and I don’t think he needs another gold-plated anything. But the media is falling all over itself saying he’s corrupt. Maybe they should look into Joe Biden’s record.

They’re telling us AI is going to solve everything. No need to use outdated software, the future is here. I still don’t trust the people operating the machinery or their algorithms.

My son and his family are traveling this weekend. They’ll be in Summerville, GA for the Sabbath. Please pray for their success. Some will be traveling to see him this Sabbath, and they won’t be disappointed.

On a sad note, Rick Ford’s wife, Lynn has died and we wish him all the comfort in the world. Please pray for him.

Grant Picker also died. I’ll not forget the large family he brought to the Lake Tahoe Feast site. Or his lovely wife, Pat. I’m sure she needs comfort right now.

Fred Tuttle of Tulsa, OK has had a stroke, and it looks like he’ll recover. We hope and pray for his full strength. His wife Judi is by his side.

The mainstream thinks Donald Trump has got a messianic complex, particularly following him getting shot in the ear. Talk about close! I don’t think we’ve had a President who loved the county and its people, who wanted us to succeed, in my lifetime. I’ve only been alive since Truman, and wasn’t really paying attention then. But our President has them jumping around all over the world.

I watched the Saudi visit in it’s entirety, and I can tell you they respect him. Isn’t it about time we had a President that the world respected? I don’t pretend to know the grand scheme of things God is working out here below, but if His Hand wasn’t in it, we wouldn’t be looking to the future right now.
