The Israeli airstrikes followed the IDF’s interception of a rocket that had been fired from Gaza.
The IDF struck an underground rocket factory in the Gaza Strip Sunday night in response to a rocket that was fired toward Israel on Saturday, according to the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.
The IDF report added that its tanks unit attacked Palestinian Islamic Jihad military posts on the border with Gaza.
